Living in New York Starbucks is second nature to most. I prefer bodega coffee but every now and again a craving for an iced skinny vanilla latte strikes. However, I recently noticed the green logo was missing from the streets and was replaced with a retro looking brown logo.I discovered the retro logo change is temporary, 8 weeks, and a highly unusual promotional move. Actually one that has created a lot of discussion from The Wall Street Journal to BusinessWeek. No one quite thinks its a smart or innovative rebranding, myself included. Thoughts?
